Little Flower Urban Dwellings in LoDo, 5 blocks north of the Rockies ballpark is a planned community of 6 custom residences clustered around a sunny, private pocket park on Larimer Street, historically Denver's main street.

Little Flower will be a unique combination of creative and diverse residents and an integral part of the evolving mix of main street retail and residential uses on Larimer Street. Neighborhood retailers include The Walnut Room, Curtis Park Music shop, Meadowlark Lounge and Larimer Lounge.

The area is home to a varied of artists and galleries and has been designated as the River North Arts District. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of main street and historic industrial character adjacent to historic Curtis Park on the quiet side of LoDo Denver.

The four new urban dwellings will be housed in two new buildings, surrounding a European courtyard entry. One new building will be the live+work dwellings facing 28th Street, just off Larimer. The courtyard dwellings in the other new building, will face the European courtyard and the pocket park. The new construction will accompany the loft conversion of the original 1893 main street building now complete and for sale.

Construction of the four new dwellings will be complete in 2009. Thoughtful site planning, inspiring architecture and green building technology are being combined to create an inspiring living environment we call Little Flower Urban Dwellings, named after the historic use of the development's original structure which was used by Sacred Heart Church as a parish hall named "Little Flower."

The new Live+Work dwellings have a total of 2,984 sq ft on 3 levels. Each unit features 2,484 sq-ft of living space on the top two levels — kitchen, 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths, library/media center, 11’ ceilings and 3 outdoor decks. The ground or “street” level has 500 sq ft of storefront flex space with bath and can be used as a gallery, office, retail and an oversize 500 sq ft 2-car garage.

The classic courtyard dwellings are approximately 1040 sq-ft lofts with 2-bedroom, 1.5-baths, 11’ ceilings and 1-car garage situated on a European-style courtyard with pedestrian access through the pocket park.
