Now under development, Little Flower Urban Dwellings, just north of the Rockies ballpark in LoDo Denver, is a contemporary interpretation of the classic loft space.

Six custom residences are clustered around a sunny, private pocket park on Denver's historic main street. Little Flower offers three dwellings types: a historic loft conversion of an 1893 western storefront building on Larimer Street now complete; and new construction of two live+work residences and two classic courtyard residences. Anticipated completion Spring 2009.

The neighborhood is home to many artists and galleries in the River North Arts District on the quiet side of LoDo in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood.
